Office Policies
With respect for other guests, please turn off your cell phone prior to your appointment.
Appointments: In order to ensure your requested time, date and therapist are available, we highly recommend scheduling appointments prior to your arrival.
Appointments are subject availability and a credit card is required to reserve your session.
Cancellation: Treatment times are reserved specifically for you. To cancel or make a change to your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to avoid a cancellation fee.
Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow for any needed paperwork to be completed prior to your session.
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates can be purchased for any dollar amount. Any unused portion of a gift certificate can be redeemed on your next visit. When scheduling your appointment, please provide the gift certificate number in order to hold your appointment for arrival.
Health Concerns: We require all guests to complete a medical questionnaire. This helps the therapist get a greater understanding of your overall health, such as allergies, injuries and surgeries. This will result in a greater experience for you the client.
